Starting prices apply to new work and are not fixed bids. Pool size, condition, access, travel, materials, chemical demand, and required visits affect the final price. Any travel charge and applicable tax are confirmed in writing before approval. Existing signed agreements remain in effect.

Before work begins
Approval, payment, and expectations.
Written authorization
Approve the scope and price before work starts. Added work or concealed damage requires a written change order showing the cost and schedule impact.
Clear payment milestones
Repair and restoration proposals specify the deposit and balance schedule. Required deposits must clear before materials are ordered or work begins. New work is not scheduled on past-due accounts.
Scope-specific warranty
Any workmanship coverage and manufacturer warranty are stated in your proposal. Existing damage, finish matching, and conditions outside the repair scope are addressed before approval.
